An e-commerce company that runs around the clock (storefront, tracking, orders, then suppliers and analytics), growing more complex over time so that architectural patterns can be explained by observation rather than abstract classification.

Governed IT automation: auto-remediation, self-service and change execution driven from ServiceNow, run against a simulated enterprise estate.

Testing an AI analyst on a real incident
Every service was up and every check was green, and some customers still could not buy anything. Three AI analysts had to work out that Canada was the market affected, then trace it to what had caused it. We ran that 162 times.
