Architecture, hands-on.
I help organizations turn complex technology challenges into pragmatic, production-ready systems, from strategic assessment and target architecture through implementation and operations.

Audits that end in action
DevOps, code, QA or full information-system audits. No shelf-ware: findings are quantified, risks are named plainly, and every audit closes with a costed roadmap you can start on Monday.
→ Findings register, quantified risks, costed remediation roadmap
2–6 weeks · fixed scopeScoping & target architecture
Data platforms, cloud hybridization, container platforms, system integrations. Options are compared honestly, budgets are sized, and the target architecture fits your real constraints: culture and maturity included, not just the technology.
→ Decision records, target blueprint, sized budget, phased migration plan
3–8 weeks · often after an auditIntegration & automation
EDI, APIs, event streams and ITSM-driven automation: the plumbing between systems, designed to be observed, validated and operated, not just shipped. I implement alongside your teams or supervise delivery, and I stay until it runs in production.
→ Working integrations, monitoring that tells the truth, runbooks, handover
Project-based · weeks to monthsDevOps & development platforms
Software factories, CI/CD, developer platforms and delivery practices. I have built these from scratch: pipelines, infrastructure as code, security integrated into the workflow. I know the difference between a platform teams adopt and one they route around.
→ A working software factory, paved paths for developers, delivery metrics that move

Ways of working together
Fixed-scope audit
A defined perimeter, a defined price, a defined outcome. The fastest way to work together for the first time.
Project engagement
Design or build missions with clear deliverables and milestones, alone or embedded with your teams.
Fractional architect
One to three days a week of senior architecture capacity, for organizations that need an architect but not a full-time hire. Continuity without the headcount.
Contract & full-time
I am open to contract roles and to the right full-time opportunity in the Dallas–Fort Worth area.
FAQ
Practical answers
Do you work remotely or on-site?
Remote-first, with on-site presence in the Dallas–Fort Worth area whenever it helps: workshops, audits, restitutions. For engagements elsewhere in the US or in Europe, travel can be arranged.
Do you work in French?
Yes. I work in English and French, which is particularly useful for European companies operating in the US, or the other way around.
How fast can you start?
Scoping calls within the week. Engagement start depends on current commitments; fixed-scope audits can usually begin within two to four weeks.
Do you do implementation, or only advice?
Both, and that is the point. Recommendations come from someone who builds, operates and debugs these systems hands-on. If I would not run it, I will not recommend it.
What does it cost?
It depends on the format: fixed-scope audits are quoted upfront, projects and fractional engagements are scoped together. Tell me about your context and I will come back with a clear proposal.
